Materials
Aluminium foil and PVC cling film are the most common materials used by catering businesses. They are widely available, durable and good at their job. Catering24 also sells parchment paper, commonly used in baking, with Wrapmaster and Caterwrap options available.
Dimensions
Rolls of aluminium foil, cling film and parchment paper come in different sizes. The key dimensions are width and length. 12 inch and 18 inch widths are the most common for standard rolls. Length can vary more, ranging from 50m to 300m for most products, though we do sell rolls of cling film that have a length of 1000m. In addition, it’s possible to buy rolls with less common widths of 14 and 24 inches.
Dispensers
Wrapmaster products are popular with caterers because they are designed to work with non-disposable dispensers, available for 12 inch and 18 inch rolls. Wrapmaster cling film and foil rolls are sold as refills for their dispensers, which are a convenient addition to any kitchen or service area. An initial investment in one of these will allow you to buy refills in the future that are fantastic value for money.
Delivery
We are able to provide next working day delivery to the UK mainland for all orders placed before 4pm. Delivery is £6 or free if your order is over £100. We are also able to provide priority morning delivery and Saturday delivery for a small additional cost.
Deliveries to UK Isles, Channel Isles, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Scottish Isles will arrive within 3 working days and cost £11 for orders under £100 and £6 for orders over £100.
